[music: Art Brut - Bad Weekend]
I'm using this more as a journal than for anything else, but hey. There will be 'art' at some point I swear. Possibly some photos of a t shirt I'm going to make, but I haven't made the thing yet so none of that.
Spent the last two days being an invalid, thus no school. Sure, having a cough is miserable and all that gubbins, but it's better than school. Anything's better than that soul-destroying shitehole.
Last week of half term was as predicted, and a bit better. Scissor Sisters were one of the best bands I've seen live ever. Spent Saturday with Alex in London, and the evening with Alex, Maja, Maja's brother and his university friends watching the fireworks at Ally Pally. Was lovely.
First two days of the week I had school, which was no fun at all. Probably back there tomorrow, knowing my luck.
Will possibly spend Saturday at home, depending on how ill I feel, and Sunday with Alex and possibly some school people, depending on if they turn up.
On a completely unrelated note, new Art Brut single Modern Art/My Little Brother out on December 6th. When it comes out, go and buy it. You know you want to.
